1. Creating a new Article
Select "Articles" from your "Dashboard" menu. If no Articles were created prior, you will see a message that you have not created any Articles yet. Click the “New Article” button to get started.
Clicking the “New Article” button will open a window prompting you to enter your Article title. Optionally, you can also edit the way your Article appears in the URL once it is published. Clicking "Create Article" will save a new but blank Article to the list of Articles.
2. Editing your Article
To edit your Article, click on the title and the new page to view Article Details. Article details page includes two tabs:
The “Content” tab allows you to edit the title of the Article, edit the body text, embed images and Visualizations, and upload a banner image for your Article.
To edit the body text, click inside the text field and start entering your text. To format the text, use the icons above the text field or Markdown formatting syntax. For example, use ### for larger headings, ## for medium, and # for the smallest size headings.

To add a Visualization to your Article, click "Insert a Visualization" and select from a list of Visualizations you have previously created.
3. Adding a Visualization
Once you have selected the Visualization, the Visualization Markdown code snippet will be added to your Article.
Note: For your Visualizations to display properly in your Article, make sure your Visualization privacy settings are set to "Allow anyone to view visualization (not only registered users)".
4. Adding block quotes
To add a quote to your text, you can either click on the quote icon above or simply add a ">" symbol at the beginning of your quote.
5. Adding a banner image
You can also upload a banner image which will appear at the top of your Article once it is published. Click the "Add" button and select a file stored locally on your computer.
Press "Choose" to upload the image. The uploaded image thumbnail should appear below.
Click "Update" or "Remove" to replace or delete your uploaded image.
6. Saving and previewing your Article
When you are done editing your Article, click the "Save" button at the top of the page. After the Article is saved, click the "Back" button to return to the "Articles" page.
Now that your Article has content and has been saved, you can click the eye icon to the right of the title to preview the Article. The preview will open in a new browser tab.
7. Publishing your Article
When you are done previewing your Article and ready to publish it, return to the Dashboard and select the checkmark to the left of the Article title. Your article is now published.
8. Listing your Article on the team page
After the Article is published, anyone with a link to the Article web address will be able to view it. If you would like to list your Article on on the your Team Page (email@example.com), click on the Article title and go to the "Display" tab in the Article details page.
Toggle the "List on our team page", click "Save", and then "Back" to return to the "Articles" page. From there, click on your profile icon at the top of the page and select "Team Page".
On your Team Page, click on the "Articles" tab at the top and your Article will be displayed as a tile.
